| a consilience of rural ambition with urban abundace | D |
| they cry for alternative diagnosis but lack doctor and ventilator | A |

Poet's note: The poem happened after seeing a disgusting scene opposite a Cancer hospital in Patna, India. The civil life has been deteriorating fast and people simply don't care how the system has let them down!
