Rubies Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CDED FGFH

They brought me rubies from the mineA
And held them to the sunB
I said they are drops of frozen wineA
From Eden's vats that runB
-
I looked again I thought them heartsC
Of friends to friends unknownD
Tides that should warm each neighboring lifeE
Are locked in sparkling stoneD
-
But fire to thaw that ruddy snowF
To break enchanted iceG
And give love's scarlet tides to flowF
When shall that sun ariseH
