Lines To Ellen Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCDEEFFGGHHIIJJKL MN

Tell me maiden dost thou useA
Thyself thro' Nature to diffuseA
All the angles of the coastB
Were tenanted by thy sweet ghostB
Bore thy colors every flowerC
Thine each leaf and berry boreD
All wore thy badges and thy favorsE
In their scent or in their savorsE
Every moth with painted wingF
Every bird in carollingF
The wood boughs with thy manners wavedG
The rocks uphold thy name engravedG
The sod throbbed friendly to my feetH
And the sweet air with thee was sweetH
The saffron cloud that floated warmI
Studied thy motion took thy formI
And in his airy road benignJ
Recalled thy skill in bold designJ
Or seemed to use his privilegeK
To gaze o'er the horizon's edgeL
To search where now thy beauty glowedM
Or made what other purlieus proudN
