Rhyme Scheme: AABBCDEDFFF

Can rules or tutors educateA
The semigod whom we awaitA
He must be musicalB
Tremulous impressionalB
Alive to gentle influenceC
Of landscape and of skyD
And tender to the spirit touchE
Of man's or maiden's eyeD
But to his native centre fastF
Shall into Future fuse the PastF
And the world's flowing fates in his own mould recastF
