The sun set but set not his hopeA
Stars rose his faith was earlier upB
Fixed on the enormous galaxyC
Deeper and older seemed his eyeD
And matched his sufferance sublimeE
The taciturnity of timeE
He spoke and words more soft than rainF
Brought the Age of Gold againG
His action won such reverence sweetH
As hid all measure of the featH
