April Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCADAEFEGHIJIKALA

The April winds are magicalA
And thrill our tuneful framesB
The garden walks are passionalA
To bachelors and damesB
The hedge is gemmed with diamondsC
The air with Cupids fullA
The cobweb clues of RosamondD
Guide lovers to the poolA
Each dimple in the waterE
Each leaf that shades the rockF
Can cozen pique and flatterE
Can parley and provokeG
Goodfellow Puck and goblinsH
Know more than any bookI
Down with your doleful problemsJ
And court the sunny brookI
The south winds are quick wittedK
The schools are sad and slowA
The masters quite omittedL
The lore we care to knowA
