Loneliness Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDE FGFHHI J

Being apart and lonely is like rainA
It climbs toward evening from the ocean plainsB
from flat places rolling and remote it climbsC
to heaven which is its old abodeD
And only when leaving heaven drops upon the cityE
-
It rains down on us in those twitteringF
hours when the streets turn their faces to the dawnG
and when two bodies who have found nothingF
dissapointed and depressed roll overH
and when two people who despise eachotherH
have to sleep together in one bedI
-
that is when loneliness receives the riversJ
