Autumn Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABC DE DF GD

The leaves are falling falling as if from far upA
as if orchards were dying high in spaceB
Each leaf falls as if it were motioning noC
-
And tonight the heavy earth is fallingD
away from all other stars in the lonelinessE
-
We're all falling This hand here is fallingD
And look at the other one It's in them allF
-
And yet there is Someone whose handsG
infinitely calm holding up all this fallingD
