Closed Path Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD DEFGH

I thought that my voyage had come to its endA
at the last limit of my power that the path before me was closedB
that provisions were exhaustedC
and the time come to take shelter in a silent obscurityD
-
But I find that thy will knows no end in meD
And when old words die out on the tongueE
new melodies break forth from the heartF
and where the old tracks are lostG
new country is revealed with its wondersH

Kendall Yrisarri: I find myself at the end of the first section of the poem, disbelieving the second half could apply to me.

Because of this, I am going to act as if the second half may be real to me in this moment and see what happens.
