Astrophel And Stella - Sonnet Xxxviii Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABCAADADEF

This night while sleepe begins with heauy wingsA
To hatch mine eyes and that vnbitted thoughtB
Doth fall to stray and my chief powres are broughtB
To leaue the scepter of all subiect thingsA
The first that straight my fancys errour bringsA
Vnto my mind is Stellas image wroughtB
By Loues own selfe but with so curious droughtC
That she methinks not onley shines but singsA
I start look hearke but in what closde vp senceA
Was held in opend sense it flies awayD
Leauing me nought but wayling eloquenceA
I seeing better sights in sights decayD
Cald it anew and wooed Sleepe againE
But him her host that vnkind guest had slainF
