Astrophel And Stella - Sonnet Lxxiv Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABABABCDCDEE

I neuer dranke of Aganippe wellA
Nor euer did in shade of Tempe sitB
And Muses scorne with vulgar brains to dwellA
Poore Layman I for sacred rites vnfitB
Some doe I heare of Poets fury tellA
But God wot wot not what they meane by itB
And this I sweare by blackest brooke of hellA
I am no pick purse of anothers witB
How falles it then that with so smooth an easeC
My thoughts I speake and what I speake doth flowD
In verse and that my verse best wits doth pleaseC
Ghesse we the cause What is it this Fie noD
Or so Much lesse How then Sure thus it isE
My lips are sweet inspir'd with Stellas kisseE
