Astrophel And Stella - Sonnet Civ Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBAACADEE

Enuious wits what hath bene mine offenceA
That with such poysonous care my lookes you markeB
That to each word nay sigh of mine you harkeB
As grudging me my sorrowes eloquenceA
Ah is it not enough that I am thenceA
Thence so farre thence that scantly any sparkeB
Of comfort dare come to this dungeon darkeB
Where Rigours exile lockes vp al my senseA
But if I by a happie window passeA
If I but stars vppon mine armour beareC
Sicke thirsty glad though but of empty glasseA
Your morall notes straight my hid meaning teareD
From out my ribs and puffing proues that IE
Doe Stella loue fooles who doth it denyE
