Death Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCACDEFF AGHGHBBFF

IA
They die the dead return not MiseryB
Sits near an open grave and calls them overC
A Youth with hoary hair and haggard eyeA
They are the names of kindred friend and loverC
Which he so feebly calls they all are goneD
Fond wretch all dead those vacant names aloneE
This most familiar scene my painF
These tombs alone remainF
-
IIA
Misery my sweetest friend oh weep no moreG
Thou wilt not be consoled I wonder notH
For I have seen thee from thy dwelling s doorG
Watch the calm sunset with them and this spotH
Was even as bright and calm but transitoryB
And now thy hopes are gone thy hair is hoaryB
This most familiar scene my painF
These tombs alone remainF
