Still dull are the embers of his heart | F |
Not knowing the fire of mine still blazons | E |

Forgotten that youthful time of wild romance | E |
Gone that open door where passion stomped | G |
And heaving breath flamed the fire | H |
Where passion freely romped | G |

But my heart it holds no bitterness | E |
No roots of sorrow spread from me | I |
For I was loved with burning passion | J |
Which still ignites my memory | I |
