The Burning Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCA DEAFGH IDJKG GLMGNGGOG

The sun is a burning magnet on the waterA
Durable our boat is a sizable pretzel in the arms of the bayB
Warmth with contortion the clash of passionsC
tug the funnelled swooned waterA
-
Greenery that inlet of the oceanD
lies precarious and submergedE
Life subsidized by waterA
is within its hope bubbling in embersF
froth drunk with sudsG
hammered against the boat's edgeH
-
What is this this skyI
home of the transparent sunD
Blue agonyJ
burning up with deleriumK
the wet pastel illusion slides against our craniumsG
-
Crass crass the movement of the wavesG
across a low bow excessively pleasantL
All the moreM
troubled vistasG
blue with hegemony over earthN
drowsiness dropping a plague of lapping edgesG
a strength pried from gravesG
This sea of ours sags heaves in deepO
displacement fulfills my liquid caressG
