The Bullfrog Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFF GHFIJKLMNONPQN

He sat with no more compunctionA
than an eel fishB
big faced bloatedC
the complexion of a beehiveD
a dragnet of emotionsE
crammed into a tumblerF
upended in waterF
-
His eyelids wore the effortG
of horseblinders aH
spongy leatherF
masquerading as torpedoesI
and I saw himJ
lonely at the crossroadsK
matted grassL
a strip of wire cold currentM
chasing flecks aboutN
his person then lunging greenO
exploded into rapacityN
caressed the awaiting fly strewn stickP
with emerald mouthQ
coffers of appetiteN
