Pillage Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEF GHHIJKL MN OPQR STUCVUW XYZA2B2YC2ZY

It's chess of sorts butA
reeks of youB
the hand carved emerald rook for oneC
and so many Black White squaresD
that tiptoe like many a patio stoneE
between our warring mindsF
-
I think of rollaway matsG
lepers use to beg onH
habitually to die onH
or marked cards thatI
outside castle wallsJ
dicers' oathsK
must originate fromL
-
I am having troubleM
keeping the pieces straightN
-
I mean you're WhiteO
concluded the beginning of the endP
with first move still I'm preparedQ
for nothing short of winningR
-
Should we discuss thisS
growing stalemate nearT
the Bishop's mitreU
and exploding gunC
or against hungry faces of expendable pawnsV
raging as they say across Seas of GalileeU
on that first night of StormsW
-
And when pressed during attackX
is it proper logisticsY
to prepare the drawbridgeZ
fondle another dartA2
for a King's crossbowB2
then advance at parapetsY
with scalding liquidC2
the oily spillageZ
of our tonguesY
