Shall I Go Bound And You Go Free? Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABB CCDD DDCC

SHALL I go bound and you go freeA
And love one so removed from meA
Not so the falcon o'er my browB
Hath better quest I dare avowB
-
And must I run where you will rideC
And must I stay where you abideC
Not so the feather that I wearD
Is from an eyrie in the airD
-
And must I climb a broken stairD
And must I pace a chamber bareD
Not so the Brenny plains are wideC
And there are banners where I rideC
