Triangles Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGEEHIJKLMKMNMO PQKNRSMTUVW

Three triangles of birds crossedA
Over the enormous ocean which extendedB
In winter like a green beastC
Everything just lay there the silenceD
The unfolding gray the heavy lightE
Of space some land now and thenF
Over everything there was passingG
A flightE
And another flightE
Of dark birds winter bodiesH
Trembling trianglesI
Whose wingsJ
Frantically flapping hardlyK
Can carry the gray cold the desolate daysL
From one place to anotherM
Along the coast of ChileK
I am here while from one sky to anotherM
The trembling of the migratory birdsN
Leaves me sunk inside myself inside my own matterM
Like an everlasting wellO
Dug by an immovable spiralP
Now they have disappearedQ
Black feathers of the seaK
Iron birdsN
From steep slopes and rock pilesR
Now at noonS
I am in front of emptiness It s a winterM
Space stretched outT
And the sea has putU
Over its blue faceV
A bitter maskW
