Just For Joy, Take From My Palms Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABC DEF GHI JKL MGN

Just for joy take from my palmsA
A little sun a little honeyB
As Persephone's bees commandedC
-
An unfastened boat cannot be untiedD
A shade shod in fur cannot be heardE
In the dense forest of life fear cannot be overcomeF
-
Only kisses are left for usG
Furry like small beesH
That die when they leave the hiveI
-
They rustle in transparent thickets of nightJ
Their home is the dense Taiga woodsK
Their food time honeysuckle mintL
-
So take and enjoy my passionate giftM
A dry unsightly necklaceG
Of dead bees who changed honey into sunN
