Fantasia Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A BBCCDD EEFFGG HHIIJJ

THE YOUNG GIRL'S POEMA
-
KISS mine eyelids beauteous MornB
Blushing into life new bornB
Lend me violets for my hairC
And thy russet robe to wearC
And thy ring of rosiest hueD
Set in drops of diamond dewD
-
Kiss my cheek thou noontide rayE
From my Love so far awayE
Let thy splendor streaming downF
Turn its pallid lilies brownF
Till its darkening shades revealG
Where his passion pressed its sealG
-
Kiss my lips thou Lord of lightH
Kiss my lips a soft good nightH
Westward sinks thy golden carI
Leave me but the evening starI
And my solace that shall beJ
Borrowing all its light from theeJ
