The Worst Of Every Kind Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIFJKLF

Every dog has it's day indeedA
And sometimes bad luck comes our wayB
You find people running from war and suffering from starvationC
How heartbreaking it is to discoverD
That behind all those smiles of our friendsE
Lives the nefarious mind of a jealous frenemyF
What could be so devastatingG
Than losing all your hard earned savingsH
Being the victim to a lazy desperate thiefI
Did you ever think of the traumaF
Of being abused by a heartless rapistJ
Or losing a baby at the very moment of birthK
Yet the worst of every kind is whenL
'May God rest his soul' is said at the mention of one's nameF

Poet's note: Everyday is not Christmas I suppose because definitely some days are very terrible. For every time something bad happens to us, let us learn to brace up and move on. That which doesn't kill us makes us stronger. And once there is life, be rest assured that there is hope.
