Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEBFBBGHI| Standards and rules like a cage set boundaries for ourselves | A |
| And stifles individuality | B |
| When one falls out of these boundaries we call him defective | C |
| Different and unconforming we set them aside | D |
| But who are we to question the creator's work | E |
| We look but don't see | B |
| Like a sculptor only he sees beauty in a piece of rock | F |
| He doesn't see defectives rather effectives | B |
| Effectives with change causing ability | B |
| Buried potential like oil waiting to be deployed | G |
| Only if we would see with the eyes of a sculptor | H |
| We will see what lies within | I |
