| To good at looking steady but erupting on the inside | B |
| Pain anger anxiety all bottled within | C |
| Sometimes they try to escape then I tighten the lid | D |
| Like gas trapped in a bottle they press against the sides of my chest | E |
| My little demons against my elastic heart | F |
| My little demons trying to cut through | G |
| It hurts but I manage to suppress them | H |
| There's just so much one can take | I |
| I'll erupt one day but for now I'll remain BOTTLED UP | J |
