He heapeth up riches and knoweth not who shall gatherA
them PsalmB
-
-
O soul it is not thineC
But lent to thee in trustD
That thou may'st make God's glory shineC
Secured from moth and rustD
-
Thou can'st not take one miteE
Except as thou dost giveF
And waft it in the golden lightE
Where heaven's glories liveG
-
Go look for those in needH
The hungry and the coldI
Kind words and actions are the seedH
Which yield their fruits of goldI
-
Give to the heathen worldJ
Knowledge of Christ our LordK
Pray that his banner be unfurledJ
Send forth his priceless wordL
-
He lived for us and diedM
And intercedes aboveN
His blood a sacrificial tideM
Redeems us by his loveN
-
Barbarian bond and freeO
The wise and the unwiseP
'Tis ours to give and theirs to seeO
Salvation's blood bought prizeP
-
We know not 'neath the skyQ
Who'll gather of our storeR
But if we lay it up on highQ
'Tis ours forevermoreR
