Who is Nagasha Brenda

Brenda Nagasha is a Ugandan poet/writer and activist born and raised in the country by her dear mother Ms. Abenawe Evah when she lost her father the Late Mr. Aceger Charles at a tender age of three. However,having being raised by her mother,Brenda speaks 'Runyakole' as her native and English as her official languages. Brenda's love for literature and English started way back at the age of three; "The library was my hiding place. I sometimes dodged a class to bury myself in a book," she said. From 'Gulu-Gulu Goes To School' to 'Twelfth Night,' her love for literature and the desire to write her own grew.
