The Eternal Quest For Answers Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD ADBE FFGH IF FAJ KLFM NFFOAPF QQRSTU

Nothing ever said or questioned is aA
concept totally new Be it by word phraseB
or even a thought our ancestors wonderedC
tooD
-
We are but defenders of that quest theA
keepers of the flame It may smolder throughD
ages of dictatorship and ash but it'll alwaysB
be relit againE
-
In the churches and universities ancientF
knowledge is being released and relearnedF
but history proves to us that a society possessingG
too much is cursed by its own existenceH
-
Is that why government officials order allI
all those books of Truth burnedF
-
There are reasons They secretly call itF
CONTROL but is it really for the good of theA
people or themselves programmers supremeJ
-
In Truth there IS freedom but it could easilyK
be turned against you Sometimes truth and knowledgeL
can be more frightening than your worstF
nightmareM
-
Society's unwritten laws that restrict ourN
rights to think and feel freely are all partF
of Life's most terrifying games or so we findF
but it's that Fool who is not so easily shakenO
by these rapers of pride that displays theA
most stable intellect for he alone controlsP
his own mindF
-
When a tired soul cries out for the freedomQ
that truth brings but darkness blinds him fromQ
the enlightenment which he so desperately seeksR
nothing will keep him down not a petty law orS
a judges frown for in the end knowledge willT
be his triumph and crownU
