While the blood drips from my severedA
wound I look around dazed and watch theB
flowers bloom How could I die in such aB
beautiful place I should be bound byC
leather or chains not surrounded by delicateD
laceE

When my blood hit the flowers theyF
turned into barbed wire It gives andG
takes away life from flesh as well as substanceH
-
I tried to run far but still couldn'tI
escape from the light Death is inevitableJ
now Why even put up a fightK
-
The inferno flashed across I felt nothing sawL
only darknessM

We're just killing ourselves with our ownN
technology How can we call this World advancedO
Is that some sort of psychologyP

The battle has been won but no one can claimQ
the prize It's not just a matter of strengthR
or sizeS

It's all over now and we can't go backT
Doomed from creation by our ever wonderingU
minds Caught up in an infiniteD
cycle of greed lust and power that's as oldV
as the beginning of TimeW

So long and hard we worked to build theB
Human Empire Nevertheless in a secondG
it's goneX
