Sonnets: Idea Liii Another To The River Ankor Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABACDEDEFGHIJK

Clear Ankor on whose silver sanded shoreA
My soul shrined saint my fair Idea livesB
O bless d brook whose milk white swans adoreA
Thy crystal stream refin d by her eyesC
Where sweet myrrh breathing Zephyr in the springD
Gently distils his nectar dropping showersE
Where nightingales in Arden sit and singD
Amongst the dainty dew impearl d flowersE
Say thus fair brook when thou shalt see thy queenF
Lo here thy shepherd spent his wand'ring yearsG
And in these shades dear nymph he oft hath beenH
And here to thee he sacrificed his tearsI
Fair Arden thou my Tempe art aloneJ
And thou sweet Ankor art my HeliconK
