Sonnet Xv: Since To Obtain Thee Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A BABCBBBBDEFBBB

His Remedy for LoveA
-
Since to obtain thee nothing will be steadB
I have a med'cine that shall cure my loveA
The powder of her heart dried when she is deadB
That gold nor honor ne'er had power to moveC
Mixt with her tears that ne'er her true love crostB
Nor at fifteen ne'er long'd to be a brideB
Boil'd with her sighs in giving up the ghostB
That for her late deceased husband diedB
Into the same then let a woman breatheD
That being chid did never word replyE
With one thrice married's prayers that did bequeathF
A legacy to stale virginityB
If this receipt have not the power to win meB
Little I'll say but think the Devil's in meB
