Sonnet 47 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCACECFCC

In pride of wit when high desire of fameA
Gaue life and courage to my labouring penB
And first the sound and vertue of my nameA
Won grace and credit in the eares of menB
With those the thronged Theaters that presseC
I in the circuite for the Lawrell stroueD
Where the full praise I freely must confesseC
In heate of blood a modest minde might moueA
With showts and daps at euerie little pawseC
When the prowd round on euerie side hath rungE
Sadly I sit vnmou'd with the applawseC
As though to me it nothing did belongF
No publique glorie vainely I pursueC
The praise I striue is to eternize youC
