Rhyme Scheme: ABBCDEEDFGGFHH

If hee from heauen that filch'd that liuing fireA
Condemn'd by Ioue to endlesse torment beB
I greatly meruaile how you still goe freeB
That farre beyond Promethius did aspireC
The fire he stole although of heauenly kindeD
Which from aboue he craftily did takeE
Of liueles clods vs liuing men to makeE
Againe bestow'd in temper of the mindD
But you broke in to heauens immortall storeF
Where vertue honour wit and beautie layG
Which taking thence you haue escap'd awayG
Yet stand as free as ere you did beforeF
But old Promethius punish'd for his rapeH
Thus poore theeues suffer when the greater scapeH
