Amour 49 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDBEAFAFGB

Define my loue and tell the ioyes of heauenA
Expresse my woes and shew the paynes of hellB
Declare what fate vnlucky starres haue giuenA
And aske a world vpon my life to dwellB
Make knowne that fayth vnkindnes could not moueC
Compare my worth with others base desertD
Let vertue be the tuch stone of my loueB
So may the heauens reade wonders in my hartE
Behold the Clowdes which haue eclips'd my sunneA
And view the crosses which my course doth letF
Tell mee if euer since the world begunneA
So faire a Morning had so foule a setF
And by all meanes let black vnkindnes proueG
The patience of so rare diuine a loueB
