Amour 46 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEDDDEDEBE

Sweete secrecie what tongue can tell thy worthA
What mortall pen sufficiently can prayse theeB
What curious Pensill serues to lim thee forthC
What Muse hath power aboue thy height to raise theeB
Strong locke of kindnesse Closet of loues storeD
Harts Methridate the soules preseruatiueE
O vertue which all vertues doe adoreD
Cheefe good from whom all good things wee deriueD
O rare effect true bond of friendships measureD
Conceite of Angels which all wisdom teachestE
O richest Casket of all heauenly treasureD
In secret silence which such wonders preachestE
O purest mirror wherein men may seeB
The liuely Image of DiuinitieE
