Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCDDCDCEF

My hart the Anuile where my thoughts doe beateA
My words the hammers fashioning my desireB
My breast the forge including all the heateA
Loue is the fuell which maintaines the fireB
My sighes the bellowes which the flame increasethC
Filling mine eares with noise and nightly groningD
Toyling with paine my labour neuer ceasethC
In greeuous passions my woes styll bemoningD
Myne eyes with teares against the fire stryuingD
With scorching gleed my hart to cynders turnethC
But with those drops the coles againe reuyuingD
Still more and more vnto my torment burnethC
With Sisiphus thus doe I role the stoneE
And turne the wheele with damned IxionF
