Amour 33 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCDCECCDD

Whilst thus mine eyes doe surfet with delightA
My wofull hart imprisond in my breastB
Wishing to be trans formd into my sightA
To looke on her by whom mine eyes are blestB
But whilst mine eyes thus greedily doe gazeC
Behold their obiects ouer soone departD
And treading in this neuer ending mazeC
Wish now to be trans formd into my hartD
My hart surcharg'd with thoughts sighes in abundance raiseC
My eyes made dim with lookes poure down a flood of tearsE
And whilst my hart and eye enuy each others praiseC
My dying lookes and thoughts are peiz'd in equall fearesC
And thus whilst sighes and teares together doe contendeD
Each one of these doth ayde vnto the other lendeD
