Her Beauty Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABACBDAADD

I heard them say quot Her hands are hard as stone quotA
And I remembered how she laid for meB
The road to heaven They said quot Her hair is grey quotA
Then I remembered how she once had thrownC
Long plaited strands like cables into the seaB
I battled in the salt sea of dismayD
They say quot Her beauty's past quot And then I weptA
That these who should have been in love adeptA
Against my font of beauty should blasphemeD
And hearing a new music miss the themeD
