Early Death And Fame Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFG HIDJKLMNOPDQ

For him who must see many yearsA
I praise the life which slips awayB
Out of the light and mutely which avoidsC
Fame and her less fair followers envy strifeD
Stupid detraction jealousy cabalE
Insincere praises which descendsF
The quiet mossy track to ageG
-
But when immature deathH
Beckons too early the guestI
From the half tried banquet of lifeD
Young in the bloom of his daysJ
Leaves no leisure to pressK
Slow and surely the sweetsL
Of a tranquil life in the shadeM
Fuller for him be the hoursN
Give him emotion though painO
Let him live let him feel I have livedP
Heap up his moments with lifeD
Triple his pulses with fameQ
