Take No Thought For The Morrow. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFGH IJKJ LMNO PQRQ S

Take no thought for the morrow the Saviour hath saidA
And he spake as ne'er man spake beforeB
He carried our sorrows was acquainted with griefC
And knew well what the heart could endureD
-
Let the morrow take care for the things of itselfE
And not by its weight crush thee downF
Sufficient to day is the evil thereofG
Let the ills of to morrow aloneH
-
Neither boast of to morrow for what is thy lifeI
But a vapor that floateth awayJ
Like a tale quickly told or a dream of the nightK
That departs at the breaking of dayJ
-
Be not like the man who once said in his heartL
I have goods that are laid by for yearsM
But scarce had he planned how they best might be storedN
When he dies and leaves all to his heirsO
-
Neither dread then nor boast of to morrow my soulP
But make most of the time that's now givenQ
Be the ground well prepared with good seed sown thereonR
And 'twill yield a rich harvest in heavenQ
