Rhyme Scheme: ABBCDDEFGHI

Isaac Newton arose and showed how each planet movedA
He was the first that could flawlessly traceB
Each orbit through vast expanded spaceB
He understood the depth of heaven and reached the heightC
Where comets through the empty revolving flowD
Their course slanted and settled period knowD
Guided by him when we study his worksE
Worlds beyond worlds he measured it allF
With his Philosopher s Stone he filled the soulG
What s the point of earth this worldly seatH
How little it all appears and God how greatI
