Wandering thro' a pleasing dream | B |
'Tis in vain alas I find | D |
Much in vain my zealous mind | D |
Would to learned wisdom's throne | E |
Dedicate each thoughtful hour | F |

Claim some minutes for his own | E |

Let the busy or the wise | G |
View him with contemptuous eyes | G |

Guide its wishes as you will | I |
Without Love you'll find it still | I |
Void in one essential part | H |
