Complaint, The Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABACDDC EFEFGHF IJKJLFJ

Away awayA
Tempt me no more insidious LoveB
Thy soothing swayA
Long did my youthful bosom proveC
At length thy treason is discern'dD
At length some dear bought caution earn'dD
Away nor hope my riper age to moveC
-
I know I seeE
Her merit Needs it now be shownF
Alas to meE
How often to myself unknownF
The graceful gentle virtuous maidG
Have I admired How often saidH
What joy to call a heart like hers one's ownF
-
But flattering godI
O squanderer of content and easeJ
In thy abodeK
Will care's rude lesson learn to pleaseJ
O say deceiver hast thou wonL
Proud Fortune to attend thy throneF
Or placed thy friends above her stern decreesJ
