Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEAE FGHG

'I write about the butterflyA
It is a pretty thingB
And flies about like the birdsC
But it does not singB
-
'First it is a little grubD
And then it is a nice yellow cocoonE
And then the butterflyA
Eats its way out soonE
-
'They live on dew and honeyF
They do not have any hiveG
They do not sting like wasps and bees and hornetsH
And to be as good as they are we should striveG
