Epilogue Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDD

Rows of books around me standA
Fence me in on either handA
Through that forest of dead wordsB
I would hunt the living birdsB
So I write these lines for youC
Who have felt the death wish tooC
All the wires are cut my friendsD
Live beyond the severed endsD
