Spring Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDCBDEBA FGHIHGIHJI KLMKNOKNPK

Wake up again sad heart wake up againA
I heard the birds this morning singing sweetB
Wake up again The sky was crystal clearC
And washed quite clean with rainD
And tar below my heart stirred with the yearC
Stirred with the year and sighed O pallid feetB
Move now at last O heart that sleeps with painD
Rise up and hearE
The voices in the valleys run to meetB
The songs and shadows O wake up againA
-
Put out green leaves dead tree put out green leaves tF
Last night the moon was soft and kissed the airG
Put out green leaves The moon was in the skiesH
All night she wakes and weavesI
The dew was on the grass like fairies' eyesH
Like fairies' eyes O trees so black and bareG
Remember all the fruits the full gold sheavesI
For nothing diesH
The songs that are are silences that wereJ
Summer was Winter O put but green leavesI
-
Break through the earth pale flower break through the earthK
All day the lark has sung a madrigalL
Break through the earth that lies not lightly yetM
And waits thy patient birthK
Waits for the jonquil and the violetN
The violet Full soon the heavy pallO
Will be a bed and in the noon of mirthK
Some rivuletN
Will bubble in my wilderness some callP
Will touch my silence O break through the earthK
