And purple like the blood of elderberries | B |
Surely it is a strong wine juice distilled of the fierce iron | C |
I am drunk of its fumes | B |
I feel its fiery flux | B |
Diffusing permeating | D |
Working some strange alchemy | E |
So that I turn aside from the goodly board | F |
So that I look askance upon the common cup | G |
And from the mouths of crucibles | B |
Suck forth the acrid sap | H |
