Dawn Wind Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGH IAFJ KLMAN OPQRIS

Wind just arisenA
Off what cool mattress of marsh mossB
In tented boughs leaf drawn before the starsC
Or niche of cliff under the eaglesD
You of living thingsE
So gay and tender and full of playF
Why do you blow on my thoughts like cut flowersG
Gathered and laid to dry on this paper rolled out of dead woodH
-
I see youI
Shaking that flower at me with soft invitationA
And frisking awayF
Deliciously rumpling the grassJ
-
So you fluttered the curtains about my cradleK
Prattling of fieldsL
Before I had had my milkM
Did I stir on my pillow making to follow you Fleet OneA
I swaddled unwinged like a bird in the eggN
-
Let beO
My dreams that crackle under your breathP
You have the dust of the world to blow onQ
Do not tag me and dance away looking backR
I am too old to play with youI
Eternal ChildS
