Mockery Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCCDEEDFFGGCC ABCCCHEIHJJKKCC

I met my love a weepingA
Weeping in the night tide paleB
Her head among the lily bloomC
Weeping by an empty tombC
An unshut tombC
I gently stroked her golden hairD
That shone soE
With the moon glowE
In the sad sweet airD
Like playful breezes from the southF
Came soft smile dimples to her mouthF
And when again she seemed to weepG
I kissed her wild wide eyes to sleepG
While there beyond the lily bloomC
I saw the watching waiting tombC
-
I left my love a sleepingA
Sleeping in the cypress valeB
Smiling sadly in the gloomC
Sleeping in the fastened tombC
The tight shut tombC
How round the tomb the moving mistsH
Will twirl soE
When the wind blowsI
That the ivy twistsH
And shudders round the cold grey stoneJ
A serpent on a crumbling throneJ
While I upon a nearby moundK
Hear salt tears soaking in the groundK
But there when er the lilies bloomC
I hear low laughter in the tombC
