Lost! Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBACCA DEEDFFD FGGFHHF

A moon upon a moonlit seaA
To me thou artB
And every shining partB
Of heaven belong to theeA
And in my deepest dreamsC
Those little timid beamsC
Come down to meA
-
Art as a faintly perfumed flowerD
In perfumed gladesE
And in the sombre shadesE
At every falling showerD
Of rain or shroud of dewF
Each broken blistered willow knewF
A fragrant powerD
-
And yet thou art a woman tooF
No less then theseG
Thou art by lands and seasG
A woman that I knewF
And I would know the moreH
But now the lovely shoreH
Is lost to viewF
