| That its mind thoughts threw | B |

| Form a pleasant posture | D |
| Beneath these connected tips | C |
| Earn for the true gesture | D |

| The pending current | E |
| Erroneous or right | F |
| Instantly the dominant tyrant | E |
| Halts the urge to write | F |

| The pathways of the future | D |
| Reap its special beat | G |
| Nails penetrate the live foot sculpture | D |
| There was no cure there was no treat | G |

| The composition of this earth | H |
| And the baleful competition to bear | I |
| Eventually moulds to dirt | J |
| And travels to the origin of being bare | I |
